*Climbing in the Pine and Mimosa trees in her Grandmothers yard.

*Eating her Great-Grandmothers homemade hash.

*Camping during the summer with her Grandmother and cousins.

*Learning a new Bible verse every day during breakfast.

*Mom and Dad giving her a dollar to buy candy at the store.

*Taking care of her baby sister.

Every year, Mrs. Phillips is excited to meet new friends in Pre-K and make special memories that will last a lifetime!

Tea parties with her mother.

Mrs. Sexton is looking forward to an amazing year with her Pre-K family! Pre-K is a wonderful place to make life long memories with your friends!

Mrs. Turner is a 2001 graduate of James Madison University where she received her degree in Sociology and Early Childhood Education. She began her teaching career in Virginia Beach in 2001. This will be her 5th year at RES. Mrs Turner loves teaching the littlest people of the school who are just figuring out what this school thing is all about. She LOVES being their first tour guide. Mrs. Turner lives in Rustburg with her husband, David. She has a daughter Aubrie who is in 8th grade, son Abram who is in 4th grade, and her sweet little puppy, Marlie Mae, who just turned 3 years old. 

Mrs. Turner is looking forward to a fun and exciting year with her Pre-K students who quickly become her sweet little school family!
